Job summary

Ricky Heath Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Macon, GA seeks an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose and repair residential systems and guide customers to informed buying decisions. The role offers growth opportunities, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.

You will complete in-home service calls, build rapport to upsell the right products, and work toward revenue goals while maintaining accurate documentation and time sheets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Proven track record diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems.
• EPA Universal certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• NATE certification pursued or ongoing training.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and on-the-job applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all general HVACin-homeservice calls.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
• Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimates, invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets
• Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional

Requirements:

• 2+ years of residential HVACexperience
• Develop a proven track record in diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems
• EPA Universal certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Continued education and training to obtain NATE certification
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications
• Ability to work in a positive team environment
• Self-starter who can get the job done
• Develop a proven track record in pipe repair, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Exceptional customer service
