Job summary

Ricky Heath Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Macon, GA is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose and repair residential systems and guide customers to informed decisions. This role emphasizes quality service, teamwork, and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• NATE certification pursued or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and on-site applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete all in-home HVAC service calls.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Understand service criteria and exceed revenue goals.
• Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimates, invoices, time cards, and feedback.
• Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional.

Skills

Residential HVAC experience

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all general HVACin-homeservice calls.

• Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimates, invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
• Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional

Requirements:

• 2+ years of residential HVACexperience
• Develop a proven track record in diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems
• EPA Universal certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Continued education and training to obtain NATE certification
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications
• Ability to work in a positive team environment
• Self-starter who can get the job done
• Develop a proven track record in pipe repair, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Exceptional customer service
