Job summary

Ricky Heath Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Macon, GA is seeking a residential HVAC technician. You will diagnose and repair home cooling and heating systems, build trust with customers, and help them choose the right products and services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Continued education and training to obtain NATE certification.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to apply on the job.
• Ability to work in a positive team environment.
• Self-starter who can get the job done.
• Proven track record in pipe repair, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today.

Responsibilities

• Complete all general HVAC in-home service calls.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Understand service criteria and exceed revenue goals.
• Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimates, invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
• Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
