Bens Plumbing in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced plumber to lead in-home service calls across Seattle. The role requires 3 years of commercial experience and a valid PL01 license. You will troubleshoot, install and maintain residential and commercial systems, respond to emergencies, and provide accurate cost estimates.

• Physical fitness and ability to lift plumbing equipment.
• Proven expertise in residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Driver’s license with driving experience required.
• Candidate must be licensed with a PL01.
• Ability to be self-driven and keep track of work time and tasks.
• Must meet state laws and insurance requirements, including maintaining a clean criminal record and passing a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Perform regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.

• Offer clear and accurate cost estimates for repairs, installations, and maintenance services.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized, and follow all safety protocols.
• Document all work performed.
