Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Redmond is seeking a professional, reliable Residential Plumber who can diagnose and repair a variety of residential plumbing issues for homeowners across the Seattle area.

You will be evaluated on integrity, punctuality and customer care, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive compensation package including benefits and a company car.

Qualifications

• Must have Washington State PL01 or PL02 license.
• Minimum 2–3 years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to integrity, reliability, quality and on-time performance.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including water heaters, toilets, faucets, leaks, drains, water mains, and full-home repipes.
• Communicate transparently with customers about problems, solutions and pricing.
• Deliver respectful, courteous service in every home.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and job site.
• Accurately document work and coordinate with dispatch and office staff.
• Be available for scheduled shifts, including some evenings, weekends, or emergency calls.
• Drive safely and care for company vehicle and equipment.
