Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking a Lead Residential Plumber to expertly service, repair, and replace plumbing systems for our clients in Washington. You will act as a senior technician, often operating your own truck, and uphold high standards of professionalism and punctuality.

The role emphasizes accurate pricing, clear communication with clients, and ensuring every job is completed to 100% satisfaction while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Lead/Master Plumbers are senior level and may operate their own truck.
• Lead/Master Plumbers must have a PL01 or PL02 license as required by the state of Washington.

Responsibilities

• Uses Straight Forward Pricing on each call.
• Keeps work area neat and wears floor savers in clients' homes.
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving to ensure proper operation and reduce callbacks.
• Explains services to clients and ensures 100% satisfaction with all work.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times.

JOB SUMMARY

A Lead Residential Plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems.

JOB DUTIES

• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
• Wears floor savers while in the client's home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
• Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Lead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truck
• Lead/Master Plumbers must have a PL01 or PL02 license as required by the state of Washington
