The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a Plumber to design and install plumbing and mechanical systems, and to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, infrastructure, and HVAC systems.
You will work on-site at the Anschutz Campus in Aurora, Colorado, collaborating with clients, project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable facility operations.
Key Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position include the design and installation of various plumbing and mechanical systems, performing preventative and corrective maintenance on plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, infrastructure, and HVAC systems, as well as pump repairs, water treatment for closed loops, utility locates, and backflow prevention. Collaborates with clients, project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure proper installation and operation of facility systems.
On-site - This role is expected to work on-site and is at the Anschutz Campus in Aurora, Colorado.

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as
4,955 - $5,747 per month ($59,460 - $68,964 per year)
This position is eligible for overtime compensation.
The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
If you have prior state-classified service in the same class series as this position, your pay may be set at a higher amount per the state Step Pay Program implemented on July 1, 2024.
