The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Plumber in the Facilities Management Department. Key Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position includethe design and installation of various plumbing and mechanicalsystems, performing preventative and corrective maintenance onplumbing, mechanical, fire protection, infrastructure, and HVACsystems, as well as pump repairs, water treatment for closed loops,utility locates, and backflow prevention. Collaborates withclients, project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensureproper installation and operation of facility systems.
On-site – This role is expected to work on-site and is at theAnschutz Campus in Aurora, Colorado.

NOTE: This position has been designated as essentialpersonnel, “Subject to call 24 hours per day, seven days per week,”and may be required to carry a pager. The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position hasbeen established as
4,955 - $5,747 per month ( $59,460 - $68,964 per year).
This position is eligible for overtime compensation.
The above hiring range represents the University's good faith andreasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at thetime of posting.
If you have prior state-classified service in the same class seriesas this position, your pay may be set at a higher amount per thestate Step Pay Program implemented on July 1, 2024.
