Responsibilities

Provide classroom instruction for Project Lead the Way (PLTW) and pre-engineering courses, ensuring all students acquire the course level objectives set forth in the National PLTW Curriculum. Engage in student-centered education to develop self-direction and critical thinking skills through challenging, collaborative tasks. Promote STEM education and project, problem-based learning with real world application. Collaborate with other teachers and engage in competency-based learning.

Qualifications

• NH certification or Statement of Eligibility (SOE) as Math, Science, Physics, Industrial Technologies or Engineering.
• Strong content knowledge and demonstrated ability to meet PLTW curriculum objectives.
• Commitment to STEM education and project-based learning.
• Experience with CAD modeling, 3D printing, VEX robotics, programming, CNC machining beneficial.
• Completion of PLTW Core Training may be required during summer and throughout the year.
