1. 8+ Years of experience in PLM
2. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with PLM (Teamcenter / PLM) tool:

7. Strong understanding of testing principles, especially UAT and the underlying business processes.
8. Support end-to-end UAT planning, scenario design, execution, and sign-off, working in a regular cadence with the team; establish strong stakeholder connects and apply PLM experience to drive UAT to closure.
9. Lead defect triage; coordinate with business users, engineering, and OSS on priority and closure.
10. Bridge business and QA; translate business workflows into UAT scenarios and acceptance criteria.
11. Drive UAT status reporting and readiness.
