Job summary

Programmers.io in the United States is seeking an experienced PLM UAT Lead with 10+ years in PLM, hands-on Teamcenter expertise, and a deep understanding of business processes and UAT.

You will translate workflows into UAT scenarios, design tests, oversee end-to-end UAT planning, execution, and sign-off, and coordinate defect triage with engineering, QA, and stakeholders.

The role demands excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead a team under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PLM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter/PLM.
• Strong testing principles and UAT methodologies.
• Experience leading end-to-end UAT planning, scenario design, execution, and sign-off.
• Ability to translate business workflows into UAT scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Defect triage and resolution coordination.
• Ability to work closely with business users, Engineering, QA, OSS, stakeholders, and application owners.
• Drive UAT readiness, status reporting, coverage, and closure.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently under tight timelines.
