The candidate will bring 8+ years in PLM with hands-on Teamcenter, change and configuration management, BOM handling, and strong UAT skills. You will lead end-to-end UAT planning, design scenarios, drive defects to closure, translate business processes into acceptance criteria, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure coverage and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PLM experience.
• Hands-on Teamcenter/PLM experience.
• Strong UAT and business-process expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UAT planning, scenario design, execution, and sign-off.
• Establish strong stakeholder connections and apply PLM experience to drive UAT to closure.
• Lead defect triage; coordinate with business users, engineering, and OSS on priority and closure.
• Bridge business and QA; translate business workflows into UAT scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Drive UAT status reporting and readiness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and application owners to ensure complete coverage.

Job Title: PLM UAT Lead (Strong PLM hands-on + UAT User Acceptance Testing with business-process expertise)

Job Description:

1. 8+ Years of experience in PLM

2. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with PLM (Teamcenter / PLM) tool:

Change Management

Configuration Management

BOM Management

Integrations

3. Strong understanding of testing principles, especially UAT and the underlying business processes.

4. Support end-to-end UAT planning, scenario design, execution, and sign-off, working in a regular cadence with the team; establish strong stakeholder connects and apply PLM experience to drive UAT to closure.

5. Lead defect triage; coordinate with business users, engineering, and OSS on priority and closure.

6. Bridge business and QA; translate business workflows into UAT scenarios and acceptance criteria.

7. Drive UAT status reporting and readiness.

8. Coordinate with stakeholders and application owners to ensure complete coverage.

9. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
