Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. seeks a PLM UAT professional with 10+ years of PLM experience, strong hands-on Teamcenter expertise, and deep knowledge of business processes and testing principles. The role leads end-to-end UAT, translates workflows into test scenarios, coordinates defect resolution, and drives readiness, execution, and sign-off.

You will work independently and lead teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PLM experience with hands-on Teamcenter.
• Strong knowledge of Change and Configuration Management in PLM.
• Experience with BOM management and PLM integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UAT planning, design, execution, and sign-off.
• Translate business workflows into UAT scenarios and criteria.
• Coordinate defect triage with business, engineering, and OSS teams.
• Bridge business and QA teams for accurate UAT coverage.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the UAT team.
