Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead enterprise-scale PLM transformation programs and drive organizational change.
• Define and execute the OCM strategy for PLM implementations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Suppliers.
• Manage PLM vendors and onsite OCM partners.
• Translate PLM solutions into business value messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the PLM transformation program.
• Define program vision, roadmap, milestones, and success criteria.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and inter-dependencies.
• Govern multiple workstreams (process, technology, data, integration, OCM).
• Identify and manage key PLM stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Facilitate onsite workshops, steercos, design reviews, and town halls.
