• Experience leading PLM/engineering transformation programs.
• Ability to define functional requirements and design end-to-end PLM solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management across engineering and product leadership.
• Experience with PLM platforms; familiarity with Teamcenter or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead current state and future state analyses of engineering and product development processes including BOM management, part and document handling, and lifecycle governance.
• Define end-to-end functional solution designs leveraging PLM capabilities to enable business outcomes.
• Own functional requirements, process models, and user stories across PLM workstreams.
• Guide Digital Thread / PLM strategies and roadmaps with prioritized capabilities and transformation plans.
• Provide project functional leadership and solution oversight across engagements.
