Job summary

Printfresh is seeking a Product Development + Production Coordinator to own the design side of PLM, keeping data clean upstream and supporting development from concept to delivery. This role sits at the intersection of design, merchandising, sourcing, and operations, requiring organization, comfort with data and systems, and a willingness to learn garment production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in design ops, product data/PLM, or production coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and quick learning of new systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain seasonal allocation file and ensure BOM integration into PLM.
• Track development calendar, samples, and milestones.
• Coordinate fabric/trim approvals and costing submissions.
• Manage vendor RFQs, quotes, and production cost sheets.
• Prepare compliant labeling and CPSIA documentation.
