Job summary

FoodChain ID Group, Inc. is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead hands-on PLM solution design in our Digital Consulting practice. You will design complex Oracle Cloud PLM and F4PLM solutions for food and beverage clients and guide teams toward sound technical decisions.

You will mentor Senior Consultants, own design quality, and collaborate with Delivery and presales to shape engagements. Travel up to 50% may be required for client work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree: graduate degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of enterprise software consulting
• Experience with Oracle Cloud PLM implementations
• Experience mentoring or leading consultants through design reviews and technical guidance

Responsibilities

• Own and personally produce solution design across the full Oracle Cloud PLM and F4PLM stack
• Design product, formulation, recipe, and specification structures with regulatory attributes
• Define integrations between PLM and ERP/SCM systems using OIC, REST/SOAP, and FBDI
• Lead fit-gap analyses and present options with clear trade-offs
• Mentor and validate designs to ensure quality across engagements
