Job summary

Amazon's PLM team is seeking a PLM Application Engineer to own the technical strategy, roadmap, and delivery of PLM and ERP systems and integrations. This role acts as the main technical liaison between engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party partners to drive scalable PLM solutions across Amazon.

You will own the backlog, run requirement workshops, and coordinate with vendors and systems teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience or a related STEM degree.
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear, detailed requirement documents; experience with data center or critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the PLM application roadmap including Teamcenter implementation and PLM-ERP integration.
• Manage Statements of Work (SOW), vendor onboarding, and sprint planning.
• Define Key Decision Documents and executive-level status updates; ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
• Coordinate with SAP Product Managers and internal engineering teams on architecture decisions and ERP integration.
