Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a PLM and ERP Data and System Specialist to drive governance and data quality across enterprise systems. You will lead PLM system configuration, data integrity management, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, engineering, and supply chain.

The role requires hands-on Arena PLM/Oracle ERP expertise, strong project management, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable PLM/ERP solutions. Salary ranges vary by location and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, data management or related field.
• 10+ years of PLM and ERP integration experience and new system launches.
• Deep knowledge of part numbering, data structures, and change workflows.
• Hands-on Arena PLM or Oracle ERP administration.
• Strong data reconciliation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PLM/ERP implementation projects with process mapping and deployment.
• Collaborate to gather and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Ensure integration between PLM and ERP, manage data governance and integrity.
• Oversee data migration, UAT, and issue resolution with SME guidance.
• Develop design artifacts, process flows, test scripts, and end-user training.
