Job summary

Amazon's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team seeks a PLM Application Engineer to own the technical strategy, roadmap, and delivery of PLM and ERP systems and integrations. This role acts as the primary technical liaison between engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party partners to drive scalable PLM solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of technical product management, program management, or engineering experience preferred.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and managing vendor relationships.
• Experience in requirement gathering and writing clear detailed requirement documents, or in data-center/critical environments.
• Experience leading large-scale technical programs with proven leadership and program completion experience.
• Familiarity with CAD-PLM-ERP integration architectures and SAP EBS, Teamcenter T4ST-PLMSI or similar connectors.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy, roadmap, and delivery of PLM and ERP integrations.
• Lead requirement workshops and translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Manage statements of work, vendor onboarding, and sprint oversight; communicate progress to executives.
• Define KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics for the PLM program; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
