Job summary

Amazon's PLM team seeks a PLM Application Engineer to own the technical strategy, roadmap, and delivery of PLM and ERP systems and integrations. You will act as the main technical liaison between engineering, business stakeholders, and vendors to drive scalable PLM solutions across the organization.

The role requires ownership of backlog, requirement workshops, and go/no-go decision documents, with collaboration across Siemens, SAP Product Managers, and internal teams to ensure delivery aligned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience or equivalent
• Experience in requirement gathering and translating needs into stories
• Experience leading or participating in large technical programs

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy, roadmap, and delivery of PLM and ERP systems and integrations.
• Define solution requirements and priorities, manage vendor execution via SOWs and sprint oversight.
• Lead requirement workshops and drive Key Decision Documents for executive visibility.
• Coordinate with Siemens, SAP Product Managers, and internal engineering teams on architecture and delivery.
