Job summary

Nextpower Inc. seeks a PLM and ERP Data and System Specialist to lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring tight integration between Arena PLM and ERP systems.

You will govern data, define part numbering architectures, and act as SME across cross-functional teams. You’ll translate business needs into technical solutions, develop design artifacts, and drive data quality across engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, data management, or related field.
• 10+ years of PLM and ERP integration experience and system launches.
• Deep knowledge of part numbering, data structures, and change control workflows.
• Hands-on admin experience with Arena PLM or Oracle ERP.
• Strong data reconciliation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PLM/ERP implementation projects, including design, configuration, and deployment.
• Collaborate to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Ensure seamless PLM-ERP integration and govern data flows across systems.
• Serve as SME for PLM/ERP and provide guidance on best practices and issue resolution.
• Create design docs, process diagrams, test scripts; train end-users and stakeholders.
