Job summary

Nextpower seeks a PLM and ERP Data and System Specialist to lead governance, data quality, and system integration across Arena PLM and Oracle ERP. You will draft part numbering architectures, define scalable practices, and act as an SME within PLM initiatives.

The role requires deep PLM configuration and governance execution with cross‑functional collaboration. You will drive end-to-end implementations, manage changes, and deliver audit-ready PLM environments in partnership with Program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in PLM and ERP integration.
• Hands-on administrative experience with Arena PLM or Oracle ERP.
• Strong data reconciliation and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PLM/ERP implementation projects, including process mapping, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between PLM and ERP systems, including data migration and end-to-end testing.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for PLM and ERP, guiding best practices and troubleshooting.
• Develop functional design documents, process flows, tests, and training materials for end-users.
• Analyze and improve PLM-related business processes across engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
• Manage project timelines and communications, escalating issues as needed.
