Job summary
Celestica Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented PLM Specialist to drive PLM-CAD integration, optimize engineering workflows, and support product development from concept through manufacturing.
You will be the subject matter expert for our PLM platform, ensuring data integrity and efficient change processes across NPI projects for hyperscale hardware. You will lead PLM operations, collaborate with design, systems, and hardware engineering, and advance data flow to ERP while exploring AI-driven
Qualifications
- 5+ years in PLM/PDM engineering data management or configuration management.
- Strong CAD data integrity and change-management experience.
- Experience with CAD data migration and PLM-ERP integration.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, FDA, AS9100 compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead PLM platform administration (Teamcenter/Windchill/Arena/Enovia) in support of engineering workflows.
- Manage ECRs, ECOs, and DCOs to ensure timely approvals.
- Create and maintain complex BOMs and item master data across PLM and ERP.
- Analyze and resolve data issues and support engineering release cycles.
- Train cross-functional users on PLM best practices and SOPs.
- Audit data for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with design, systems, and hardware teams to deepen CAD-PLM integration.
- Drive AI enhancements and process automation.
