Job summary

Matrix Design Group in Newburgh, IN is seeking a detail-oriented PLM Coordinator to manage BOMs and maintain PLM/ERP data across engineering, production, and procurement.

You will release product revisions, interpret drawings, and support ECOs while ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations. This on-site role at our Newburgh home office offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years BOM/PLM management experience in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with Arena PLM and Oracle ERP systems.
• Strong reading of engineering drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and procurement to release new products and revisions in the PLM system.
• Maintain accurate PLM data and ensure BOM structures reflect design intent.
• Interpret engineering drawings to develop BOMs and ECOs; manage ECOs through release processes.
• Ensure documentation, ECOs, and specifications are current in PLM and ERP.
• Maintain version control and support continuous improvement of BOM processes.
• Train team members on BOM management best practices.
