Job summary

InvestM Technology LLC seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the delivery and modernization of automotive BOM and PLM on the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will define the product strategy, manage EBOM/MBOM/config BOM, and drive engineering changes while coordinating cross-functional teams.

The role requires 7+ years in product management, strong data migration experience, and a track record of delivering complex PLM initiatives using Jira within an automotive context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Delivery.
• Experience leading PLM migrations and modernization projects in automotive.
• Strong knowledge of BOM management: EBOM/MBOM/Config BOM and engineering changes.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Seeking an experienced Product Manager / Product Delivery Manager with 7+ years of experience.
• Lead the transformation and migration of Automotive BOM and PLM processes into the Dassault Syst mes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform.
• Define product strategy and roadmap for automotive BOM management and PLM modernization.
• Manage EBOM, MBOM, 150% Over-Complete BOM, and 100% Configured BOM.
• Drive product configuration, variants, options, effectivity, and Engineering Change Management.
• Support migration from legacy PLM/BOM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP, or proprietary systems.
• Partner with Data Migration teams on data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation.
• Manage Agile product delivery, backlog, Epics, and User Stories using Jira.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Purchasing, Enterprise Architecture, and PLM teams.
• Promote Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) 3DEXPERIENCE capabilities and minimize unnecessary customization.
• Strong experience in Automotive PLM, BOM management, 3DEXPERIENCE, data migration, and stakeholder management is required.
