The role emphasizes collaboration with senior staff, rigorous QA, and clear communication of complex results to executives and regulators, with hybrid office options in Calgary or other US locations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience using PLEXOS or EnCompass for production simulation or capacity expansion.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in engineering, economics, CS, optimization, public policy or related field.
• 3-5+ years of related energy-field experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop PLEXOS/EnCompass models addressing client questions and forecasting market fundamentals.
• Lead client-facing interactions and present findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure QA/QC of models and results and refine analysis approaches.
• Translate results into clear visuals and reports for clients.
