Venteon is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong focus on PLEX ERP to optimize manufacturing and related processes. You will work with operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and IT to maximize system utilization and support growth.
Responsibilities include leading requirements, designing and testing ERP changes, and configuring PLEX modules across production, inventory, purchasing, quality, shop floor, and HR.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience supporting and optimizing PLEX ERP.
- Strong knowledge of MRP, BOMs, production scheduling, inventory and quality systems.
Mansioni
- Lead requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and implementation of ERP enhancements.
- Configure, maintain, and support PLEX ERP modules such as production, inventory, purchasing, quality, shop floor and HR.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data queries for operational and strategic decisions.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate resolutions with teams and vendors.
- Support ERP upgrades, integrations, and data migrations.
