Job summary

Venteon is seeking a PLEX ERP System Analyst to join our client’s team in the Columbus, Ohio area. This role will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for PLEX ERP within a growing manufacturing organization.

You will support users across production, quality, purchasing, inventory, shipping, finance and management; troubleshoot issues; maintain configurations, security and documentation; develop reports and dashboards using PLEX data; and participate in upgrades and new

• Hands-on PLEX ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience configuring PLEX across multiple business functions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and data management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• On-site work in Columbus, Ohio area.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and better utilization of PLEX.
• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and implementation of new functionality.
• Document processes and provide user training.
• Provide backup support for basic IT operations and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and configuring PLEX across multiple business functions
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems
• Experience with reporting, analytics, EDI, and data management preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with users and leadership across the organization
• General IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Data Magik experience is a plus but not required
• Must be able to work onsite in the Columbus, Ohio area
