Job summary

Qualifications

• Three plus years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Preference for candidates with a Rockwell Maintainer or equivalent certificate, obtained within the first 24 months.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, repair, and maintain PLC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Collaborate during equipment failures to resolve issues.

Skills

Use RS Logix 5000, RS Logix 500, or RS Logix 5 software

Go online with Control Logix, Compact Logix, SLC500, or PLC5

Read and understand electrical schematics

Use a multimeter and work in control panels up to 480 VAC

Replace and configure AB Powerflex VFDs

Replace Panelview and download applications using Panelbuilder

Aptitude for further development of technical skills

Education

Three plus years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance

Rockwell Maintainer or equivalent certificate
