Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking experienced PLC technicians to monitor and operate automated equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Wisconsin. You will troubleshoot, analyze results, and report on process performance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires familiarity with ladder logic programming and strong collaboration with maintenance and operations teams. Shift work includes evenings and nights with a differential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with PLC programming and automated equipment.
• Proficient in ladder logic and control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work with maintenance and operations teams.
• Must follow safety procedures and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate machines designed to perform tasks with minimal human intervention.
• Check meters and gauges to verify machines operate properly.
• Analyze results to ensure they meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot problems and perform repairs while processes run when possible.
• Prepare reports for managers and recommend upgrades or changes to processes.
• Follow daily production schedule to help achieve goals.
• Ensure product conforms to specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
