We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PLC Technician to join our team and support automation and controls projects in various industrial settings. This role offers strong growth potential, hands‑on learning, and great benefits—including a company truck, gas card, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the programming, testing, and troubleshooting of PLC systems (e.g., Allen‑Bradley, Siemens)
• Help with HMI/SCADA development and support
• Participate in fieldwork including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation systems
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems and work performed
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule every other weekend to support urgent service needs

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with PLCs or completion of relevant training/certification program
• Basic knowledge of ladder logic and industrial automation systems
• Familiarity with electrical panels and low‑voltage control systems
• Ability to troubleshoot control systems and follow technical documentation
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel locally for on‑site work

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field
• Exposure to HMI/SCADA systems and platforms
• Experience with Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or similar systems
