Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience programming PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi).
Proficient in industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
Strong understanding of industrial control systems, HMI development, and SCADA applications.
Experience with robotic integration and vision systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.

Responsibilities

Develop and program PLC logic for new and existing manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and debug PLC programs, HMI, and robotic systems to resolve production issues.
Implement and optimize control systems to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, electrical schematics, and system configurations.
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to define control system requirements and specifications.
Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel on PLC-controlled machinery.
Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and modifications to existing PLC programs and hardware.
