Qualifications

• 2 years of technical training or 5+ years related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of maintenance disciplines including mechanical systems, electrical controls, PLC troubleshooting, and sensors.
• Lockout/Tagout experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations and lead complex maintenance tasks.
• Mentor junior technicians to improve department skill sets.
• Read mechanical and wiring diagrams and service manuals.
• Troubleshoot motion controls, electrical circuits, and sensors.
• Perform preventative maintenance including lubrication, adjustments, and safety checks.
• Repair complex manufacturing equipment with minimal supervision.
• Lead projects and train or mentor team members.
• Work safely in compliance with OSHA and company safety guidelines.
