Job summary

Web Industries, Inc. in Dayville, CT is seeking a Maintenance Technician (1st shift) to keep PLC and NC-driven equipment running smoothly. You will record maintenance activity, verify tolerances, and assist with facility needs while contributing to a reliable production environment.

A high school diploma and 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience are required. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, blueprints reading, and teamwork are essential to support our operations and

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years of Industrial Production and Facility Maintenance experience.
Experience with PLC machines is required.
Mechanical/electrical system acumen and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

Service, monitor, and maintain PLC and NC driven equipment, supporting devices, and factory equipment.
Record all maintenance activity in the electronic database and complete applicable forms.
Use gauges and measuring instruments to verify tolerances.
Operate equipment such as scissor lifts, forklifts, etc.
Use precision tools and machinery like lathe, milling machine, drill press, etc.
Complete other duties as assigned by foreman or manager.
