Job summary

Aesse Investments is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing and maintenance teams on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. You will handle Aurora PLC, HMI, and PC-based controls, with safety and reliability at the forefront.

The role requires independent work, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform root-cause analysis, preventive maintenance, and occasional design/build tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or apprenticeship with 10+ years in industrial maintenance.
• Completed training in Allen-Bradley PLC, HMI, and AC/DC drive systems (Studio 5000, Factory Talk, CCW).
• Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, EPA, NFPA 70B & 70E.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and PC-based electrical control systems and coordinate with vendors.
• May design/modify PLC hardware and software; perform preventive maintenance.
• Utilize Aurora CMMS to log work orders and track parts used.
