Responsibilities

  • Install, program, troubleshoot, and repair PLC systems across manufacturing equipment.
  • Develop and modify advanced Allen-Bradley PLC logic to support operational efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues within PLC circuits, electrical systems, and automated processes.
  • Design and build control panels and interface systems for machinery and production lines.
  • Evaluate existing equipment and recommend automation improvements using PLC technology.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and support motor drives and power transmission systems.
  • Maintain and service plant electrical infrastructure, including switchgear and related components.
  • Perform electrical and electronic diagnostics, repairs, and installations throughout the facility.
  • Track and document equipment performance, including barrel and screw inventory, maintenance history, and throughput data.
  • Support both electrical and mechanical maintenance activities as needed.
  • Recognize when additional expertise or resources are required and elevate appropriately.
  • Adhere to all company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive PLC Technician to support and enhance our manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving plant equipment, with a strong focus on PLC systems and electrical infrastructure.
