Job summary

LeoForce in Lathrop, CA is seeking a mid-level Industrial Automation Technician to maintain PLC systems, HMIs, VFD drives, and robotic automation on our food and beverage production lines. The role requires hands-on electrical troubleshooting, reading schematics, and supporting equipment upgrades.

The successful candidate has at least 2 years of experience in industrial automation, knowledge of Allen‑Bradley PLCs, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls, or electrical systems.
• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred).
• Knowledge of electrical schematics and motion control systems.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting automation equipment and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, HMIs, VFD drives, and robotic automation systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical wiring, instrumentation, and sensors across automated production lines.
• Support automation upgrades, commissioning, and integration of new equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation for automation and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and FDA manufacturing regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reliability.
• Work cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to resolve automation issues.
