Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Huntington Beach, CA. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and supporting automation and robotics.

You will read schematics, troubleshoot PLC-based systems, and document repairs in CMMS while mentoring junior technicians and supporting safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certificate or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance.
• 2–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience reading blueprints, electrical drawings and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and modifying ladder logic.
• Experience with automated machinery and robotics maintenance.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose machine failures and complete emergency repairs.
• Install, test and commission new manufacturing equipment.
• Read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and ladder logic schematics.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and modify ladder logic when necessary.
• Program, repair and troubleshoot automated machinery and robotics.
• Operate machine shop equipment including lathes, grinders and drill presses.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities within CMMS.
• Mentor junior maintenance technicians when applicable.
