Samsung Electronics Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Controls Maintenance Technician. You will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment following predictive maintenance systems and safety policies. The role supports manufacturing teams and ensures equipment reliability.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, quick emergency repairs, PLC/HMI diagnostics, PM record keeping, and contributing to process improvements while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2 years of relevant work experience or related education.
• Experience with production line equipment and controls troubleshooting via PLC/HMI.
• Knowledge of tools and electrical meters; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and record keeping.

Responsabilités

• Assist Manufacturing and Production Teams in daily operations.
• Check equipment regularly to ensure normal operation.
• Monitor data from measuring devices and provide quick repairs.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, and test per manuals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and record keeping in PM system.
• Support troubleshooting and downtime analysis with TD team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and safety compliance.
