San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) is seeking a Noon Monitor/Playground Aide at Lafayette Elementary School for the part-time, school-year schedule. The role focuses on supervising students, organizing play activities, and ensuring safe, positive interactions on the playground and lunch area.

Responsibilities

• Noon Monitors transport students safely on school grounds.
• Supervise students at playtime and maintain a harmonious playground environment.
• Organize group games and activities.
• Supervise lunch recesses in cafeteria and yard.
• Assist students in wellness rooms and in crisis conversations.
• Assist with conflict resolution using intervention strategies.
• Refer students to the office for medical or disciplinary needs.
• Perform other duties as requested by site administration.
