Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool to grade 5 children in outdoor or after-school settings.
• Ability to perform required tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Excellent communication with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students on the playground with a focus on safe, inclusive play.
• Maintain an orderly playground environment and enforce rules.
• Encourage inclusive play through various strategies.
• Escort students to the nurse when needed.
• Report student issues to teachers as necessary.
• Communicate promptly about issues or concerns.
