Job summary

BCI Burke Co. is seeking a Project Coordinator at Burke Headquarters to support the Sales team by coordinating commercial playground projects across the country.

You will manage meetings, schedules, quotes, sub-contracts, and documentation while ensuring smooth communication with customers and installers. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in project management or substantial related experience, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative teamwork mindset to deliver projects on time

Qualifications

• Associate degree in project management or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• If no degree, at least 5 years in a project coordinator/manager role in construction management.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills; excellent teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer playground project meetings and coordinate with Burke reps and installers.
• Plan, quote, schedule, and manage sub-contracts and project documentation.
• Enter proposals and 3D requests into the Burke Design Portal.
• Enter orders into the Burke order system and monitor ongoing projects.
• Maintain project-related documentation and ensure materials are filed and stored.
• Prepare correspondence, memos, and meeting notes; define project scope and objectives.
