Burke Headquarters seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Sales team in coordinating commercial playground projects nationwide. You will participate in meetings, manage quotes and contracts, and ensure accurate documentation and timely communication with customers and installers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Project Management or 5+ years in a Project Coordination/PM role in construction.
• High proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail, math, and organizational skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Enjoys teamwork and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer playground project meetings and coordinate with Burke Reps and installers.
• Plan, complete and manage project quotes, sub-contracts, schedules and new information.
• Enter proposal and 3D requests into the Burke Design Portal.
• Enter new orders into the Burke order system after customers' approval.
• Help monitor current projects and coordinate with all team members to keep workflow on track.
• Manage project-related documentation and ensure materials are current, properly filed and stored.
• Prepare and review correspondences, project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
• Communicate effectively with Burkies, customers and project team members to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
