Kraftsman Commercial Playgrounds & Water Parks seeks a highly organized Construction Coordinator to support planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial playground and water park projects. This role acts as the central hub for logistics across multiple active sites, ensuring materials, crews, and documentation are efficiently managed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, permitting processes, safety standards, and QC requirements.
• Proficiency with project management software and ERP systems; ability to use Build/Forma or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly project schedules across active sites.
• Track change orders and contractual documentation with Project Manager and Director of Contracts.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to monitor deliveries and resolve shortages or delays.
• Support subcontractor documentation, scheduling coordination, and communication efforts.
• Organize and submit submittals, specs, and certifications for projects.
• Prepare and track purchase orders aligned with budgets and timelines.
• Assist with permit applications and inspections documentation.
• Monitor progress and maintain project management systems; escalate issues with solutions.
• Assist site supervisors with documentation, safety, and quality control.
• Maintain accurate delivery, equipment usage, milestone, and change order records.
• Facilitate communication between field teams and office staff on schedules and resources.
• Coordinate client communications, updates, and meeting logistics.
• Compile and submit closeout documentation, warranties, and inspections approvals.
• Support weekly and monthly project status reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, communication, and field coordination.
