Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Licensure: Georgia State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or active eligibility); CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience with pediatric populations or early intervention is a strong plus.
• Mindset: interpersonal skills, adaptable and playful, passion for early child development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate & Assess speech, language, and early communication in infants to toddlers.
• Design and deliver therapy plans tailored to early childhood milestones.
• Collaborate with daycare teachers and parents to integrate strategies into routines.
• Track progress and adapt strategies to support growth in speech and social communication.
• Advise families and teachers on home and classroom carryover.
