Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Valid Georgia State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or active eligibility); CFY welcome to apply.
• Experience with pediatric populations, early intervention, or early childhood settings is a strong plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an adaptable, playful approach and a true passion for early child development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate & Assess: conduct play-based speech and language assessments for infants, toddlers and preschoolers.
• Targeted Intervention: design and deliver evidence-based therapy plans tailored to early childhood needs.
• Team Collaboration: collaborate with daycare teachers, early childhood specialists and parents to integrate communication strategies.
• Progress Tracking: monitor and document milestones and adjust strategies to support growth in speech and language.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Evaluate & Assess: Conduct gentle, play-based speech, language, and early communication assessments to identify developmental needs in infants, toddlers, and young children.

What You Bring

Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Licensure: Valid Georgia State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or active eligibility); CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows / CFYs welcome to apply).
