Job summary

Bista is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) for the Phoenix location to provide meaningful, play-based ABA therapy for individuals with special needs. You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team committed to each learner's success.

Expect a flexible M-F schedule, a 12-month position, and a clinic-based role with data collection, collaboration with BCBA, OT, and SLP, and regular documentation of sessions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Psychology as study area preferred.
• Ability to pass a Human Performance Evaluation.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and set them up for success.
• Create play-based opportunities for learning.
• Rotate centers around the clinic individually and with groups.
• Collect data on skills practiced.
• Build rapport with clients and remain engaging.
• Collaborate with behavior analysts, OT, and SLP to deliver high-quality treatment.
• Document sessions.
