Job summary

Bista is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Chandler to deliver meaningful, play-based ABA therapy for individuals with special needs. You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team focused on each learner's success, primarily working in clinic settings across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, setting up learning opportunities, rotating centers, collecting data, and collaborating with BCBA, OT and SLP teams to ensure high-quality treatment.

• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Demonstrates effective communication with clients, families and team.
• Commitment to helping children reach their fullest potential.
• Ability to pass a Human Performance Evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful, play-based ABA therapy under supervision.
• Support learners in achieving goals and practicing skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA, OTs and SLPs to deliver high-quality treatment.
• Document sessions and collect data on practiced skills.
• Engage clients with engaging, playful activities and build rapport.
• Assist in behavior reduction strategies as directed.
• Work across clinic centers and participate in team meetings.
