Job summary

Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT is seeking a friendly Players Club Representative to assist guests with Momentum accounts, share loyalty program details, and provide directions and event information across the property.

You will re-issue Momentum cards, add promotional offers, enter data into ACSC, and help guests navigate online services such as FanDuel and MMS while protecting the confidentiality of marketing programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Intermediate technology skills (downloading an app, IM, sending an email, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Create and update Momentum accounts in ACSC according to procedures.
• Re-issue Momentum cards and provide promotional information upon request.
• Interact with guests at Players Club booths and kiosks, meeting guest service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of marketing programs and guest information.
• Add Free Slot Play and Recovery Free Bets to guest accounts per procedures.
• Update guest contact information for Momentum accounts to support Marketing efforts.
• Evaluate player accounts for access and promotions.
• Assist guests with online services (FanDuel, MMS).
• Communicate with Hosts, Player Development, Credit, Security, Slot Attendants to assist guest requests.
